What to Include
- The app version, device model, and what happened.
- Whether the issue is about purchase, restore, analysis, privacy, feedback, or a feature request.
- Do not send scan photos, selfies, Apple IDs, payment details, precise location, or extra personal contact details.
Purchases and Restores
Works On Me purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Use Restore Purchases in the app if an active subscription does not unlock.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
Privacy and Local Data
Works On Me does not store scan photos on Works On Me servers. Analysis photos are processed to generate your report and protect service integrity, and scan photos are not used to train Works On Me models. OpenAI API data is not used to train models by default.
Saved scan history, quiz answers, product shelf items, daily logs, verdicts, and locally saved photos can be deleted from the app. See the Privacy Policy for the full data handling summary.
Analysis Quality
Works On Me results are cosmetic estimates, not medical diagnoses or treatment guidance. For medical skin concerns, consult a dermatologist or other qualified clinician.
If a scan result looks off, retake in bright, even light with similar framing and no heavy shadows or glare.
